Non-RX scale: 25 minutes. Time to beat was Alex’s (RX though) at 22:55. Chris from down under finished in 19:36 RX.
Made it in 21:05. My triceps hurt though from the 100 push-ups.

WOD: strength DEAD LIFTS 2.16.12
Second day of PALEO Challenge and I’m still surviving. Mind you, I’m on vegetarian PALEO. Thus, practically can’t eat anything.
After 3 weeks hiatus, my strength has sort of diminished. I was able to do a max of 115-lbs (10 reps) dead lifts and only 80 air squats in the cash out portion.
