WOD: HSPU and ‘Bastards’ 01.19.12
Miggy wasn’t our coach yesterday and SMS’d him that the WOD was bitin or not enough. He texted back with “what? maybe you didn’t push yourself!”. Hmmm… less than Rx using band-assisted HSPU is not enough?
I wasn’t feeling well yesterday. In fact, I was diagnosed with nasopharyngitis. I wanted to sweat profusely to break the fever that was building up. So, I did some cardio after the bitin-WOD .
WOD: 5-10-15-20 for Rx 10-min cap
5 Hand Stand Push-up (HSPU) band-assisted
10 Bastards (Burpee followed by a lateral jump over the bar) 45lbs
10 HSPU
20 Bastards
15 HSPU
30 Bastards

Post-WOD: we didn’t do the first part sumo deadlifts that’s why the WOD was not enough! Duh!
