Kate Perry’s “California Girls” was the encore in her California Dreams concert in Manila, her last stop in the tour or her 125th venue. Each set was different and absolutely fun. Here she came out wearing a gigantic hershey-shaped top. Annika got doused by the foam gun and I almost got bumped by one of the giant beach balls that came bouncing from the back. Kudos to Katy and come back soon!
