WOD: strength DEAD LIFTS 2.16.12

Second day of PALEO Challenge and I’m still surviving. Mind you, I’m on vegetarian PALEO. Thus, practically can’t eat anything.

After 3 weeks hiatus, my strength has sort of diminished. I was able to do a max of 115-lbs (10 reps) dead lifts and only 80 air squats in the cash out portion.
