The “Sea of Clouds” will definitely be my early morning view this Sunday! I’m off with Gai et al to climb Mount Pulag, the highest mountain in Luzon at 2,922 meters above sea level which is a few meters less than Mount Apo, the highest peak in The Philippines at 2,954. (To benchmark, Mount Everest is 8,848 meters high). I’ve climbed mountains before; the last one was in Mariveles, Bataan. This climb is literally a walk in the park since we’re taking the easy Ambangeg trail and Jay’s crew will do everything but carry our personal belongings. Oh, for that we’re hiring porters hee..hee..
